Wallingford Food Festival 2012

On the 26th May the 2012 Wallingford Food Festival, organised by the Wallingford Food Festival Community Interest Company, will return to its original home at the Bridge Villa Campsite. This is the second year for the festival which was hugely successful in 2011 with a packed live theatre programme, exhibits and stalls from more than 20 local producers and over 1500 visitors attending on the day!

Family Bike Day

The West Oxford Community Path Action Group (BikeSafe) and Transition Eynsham Area (GreenTEA) have joined forces to arrange a 'Family Bike Day'.   This is to highlight the need for an off road ‘community path’ between Eynsham and Oxford.   A community path is one designed for both cyclists and pedestrians.   The 'Family Bike Day' will take place at the Eynsham Sports Pavilion, Oxford Road, Eynsham,  OX29 4HG  on Saturday June 23rd from 3pm-5pm.  

Climate Change Condensed

The Low Carbon Hub and the Climate Outreach and Information Network (COIN) are running two half-day courses to help you get the climate change message across effectively. This forms the beginning of a learning programme for low-carbon groups in Oxfordshire which will build on CAG Oxfordshire’s existing provision and will be a joint initiative of CAG Oxfordshire and the Low Carbon Hub.
